Duty of Candour Annual Report 

1st April 2026 - 31st March 2027

We are a Residential Care Home providing 24-hour fulltime care for 28 elderly vulnerable adults.

Care Inspectorate E Learning, Duty of Candour.

100% of Senior Staff have completed this training.

100% of Care Staff completed this training.

 Due to staff turnover training is ongoing.

New staff to complete at Induction process.

We have had 1 Duty of Candour Incidents last year.

This was dealt with quickly and efficiently and staff underwent training to ensure this never happens again.
