100% of Senior Staff have completed this training.

95% of Care Staff completed this training.

 Due to staff turnover training is ongoing.

New staff to complete at Induction process.

We have had 2 Duty of Candour Incidents last year.

This was dealt with quickly and efficiently and staff underwent training to ensure this never happens again.
